These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Brands by Luxurena website and to purchases made through the store. The store is operated by STTS Information Technology, Al Murar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. Store use
You may browse the store, create an account where available, place orders and use other features for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use the store in a way that violates applicable law.
2. Product information
We aim to present product titles, descriptions, sizes, prices, colors and images accurately. Some product information and imagery is supplied by authorized designer partners. Colors can vary slightly because of photography, lighting and device displays. Measurements and sizing can vary by designer.
3. Orders
An order is subject to availability and acceptance. Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if a product becomes unavailable, a pricing or listing error is identified, payment fails, verification is required or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled.
4. Pricing, currency and payment
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to the store or market experience presented to you. Payment methods available at checkout can vary by country, market and payment provider. Currency conversion and payment-provider charges may apply where relevant.
5. International orders, customs and taxes
International shipments can be subject to import procedures, duties, taxes or other government charges depending on the destination and the checkout arrangement for that market. Store content, branding, layout and original material may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission. Product names, trademarks, photographs and other designer materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and authorized-use arrangements.

We may update products, prices, promotions, policies, features and website content from time to time. We may also correct errors or remove unavailable products.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, misuse of the website, or third-party services not controlled by us.
