Customs, duties & taxes

International orders can be subject to destination-country customs procedures, duties, taxes or other government charges. The treatment varies by market and by the checkout arrangement used for that destination. Please review the information presented at checkout before confirming your order.

Delivery addresses

Please check the recipient name, address, postal code and contact details carefully before completing checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay delivery.

Unexpected delays

International delivery can occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather or other events outside normal transit operations. Tracking updates are the best source of shipment-specific progress once the order has been dispatched.
